Comme je vous l’avais dit précédemment cette histoire avec Orange n’est pas fini et apparemment loin de l’être.
Après encore pas mal de démarche (service client, envoie (encore) de courrier, etcR30;) voilà qu’aujourd’hui je reçois un appel d’Orange pour me dire que maintenant je leur doit ~200€ (non je n’ai pas fait de faute de frappe il me demande maintenant 100€ de moins) et la raison pour laquelle je leur devrait soit disant les 200€ serait parce que je n’ai pas envoyé de lettre de résiliation.
Sauf que le truc c’est que des lettres de résiliations je leur en ais déjà envoyé au moins 5 ou 6 (voir plus j’ai un peu perdu le compte à force), ainsi que des courriers leur expliquant comme quoi je loir doit rien (plus d’infos ici: http://blog.nerdvana.me/2020/09/12/orange-de-gros-arnaqueurs-partie-2/)
Donc c’est repartie pour un nouveau tour pour essayé (encore) de leur faire comprendre que je ne leur doit strictement rien, et que j’ai bien résilié mon abonnement. Surtout que j’ai envoyé à chaque fois mes lettres en recommandé avec accusé de réception, donc je sais très bien qu’ils les ont reçus ces lettres de résiliationR30;
Bref un bon conseil ne prenez jamais d’abonnement chez Orange si vous pouvez évité, car non seulement ils sont plus cher que la concurrence (vous pouvez vérifié par vous même), mais surtout ce sont de gros arnaqueurs comme vous pouvez le constatez après lecture de ces 3 partie (et d’autre à venir vue comment c’est partie) de cet article.
